Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive with the exception of a reseller of our goods which is deemed a Trade Sale no warranty is given or implied by The Green reaper Limited except that of the manufacturer.

In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations, any product excluding pre-assembled items such as lawn tractors, mower decks and generators may be returned unused and boxed in its original packaging within seven days of delivery for whatever reason. The cost of carriage will be deducted from any refund issued.

WE DO NOT REFUND MONEY ON USED GOODS OR PARTS.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to The Green Reaper by letter, email or fax giving details of the goods ordered and date received. Notification by phone is not acceptable. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to The Green Reaper at your own cost. Returned items must be adequately packaged for return. It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are fully insured.

All returned goods must be as new and without having been installed or used, where you are not cancelling because the goods are defective.

All returned products will be examined before any refund is issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund and recover our costs in the event that a product is returned and found to have been misused in any way - for example, on petrol models if the engine is found to have been run with insufficient engine oil.

Return of Faulty Goods
We require that faulty goods are returned to us at The Green Reaper for inspection. To expediate this process, please ensure the goods are adequately packaged and a copy of your sales receipt is included, together with a brief description of the fault.

The cost of returning faulty goods is to be borne by the customer. If it is not practical to organise this, The Green Reaper can arrange for collection of the goods on the customer's behalf and cost. The cost for collection and redelivery of a machine up to 30kg will be £25.00.
