Description

Eat your way through brambles and other thick vegetation with a German-engineered scythe mower from AL-KO. The robust BM 875 IV is a powerful and specialist machine, which can cut grass as cleanly as it does thick undergrowth. Optimum benefits are to be gained from use in paddocks and orchards, as well as wild meadows.

With its powerful 2.7kW petrol engine and a cutting width of 87cm, this AL-KO scythe mower gives you the powerful mowing power to get through large areas of up to 3000m² quickly, efficiently and effortlessly. This workhorse guarantees that it can handle almost any undergrowth and terrain. The movable grass deflector prevents grass from remaining on the cover which reduces work interruptions.

The engine ensures that the blades attached to the cutter bar work quickly and evenly - and drives the wheel drive (one forward gear) that can be switched on and off via a worm gear. In conjunction with the height-adjustable, vibration-damped handlebar for perfect device guidance and the 13" wide tyres with farmer's profile, optimal handling is guaranteed in any terrain and on slopes up to approximately 20° incline.

The heart of the BM 875 IV mower is the wide cutter bar with edge protection to protect the blade and ensure safe handling of the device. Its extra-hardened high-performance blade from the German manufacturer ESM combines strong mowing performance and optimal mowing results with durability and minimal wear - whether in continuous use or during longer periods of downtime (seasonal use). The encapsulated driver increases the running time by significantly reducing dirt and grass residue on the blade. The continuously height-adjustable soles and the extreme mobility of the device also ensure comfortable work.

Whether it's a natural garden, a meadow orchard, difficult terrain or a slope: the AL-KO BM 875 IV scythe mower is your extremely powerful, versatile specialist for the care and management of your natural meadows, and can also be used economically for the production of forage grass, on animal paddocks, etc. It is the workhorse for the rough work - and still guarantees ecological garden care.

All machines come with a two year warranty, following this machines have an extended warranty depending on the range and annual servicing by an authorised AL-KO dealer.

The machine is cable tied to a pallet and shrink-wrapped into a cocoon. Our transport partner will then deliver the machine on a tail-lift lorry on an agreed working weekday. You simply unwrap the pallet, cut the cable ties and you're ready to mow.
