Description

The LHS 520/5 is an electrically-powered hydraulic, easy to use, quiet wood splitter that is an effective and efficient tool designed for heavy duty homeowner use.

A powerful 2200W motor produces up to five tonnes of force capable of splitting logs up to 52cm in length and 25cm in diameter.

Safety features include two-handed operation so the operator's hands are kept away from the splitting area preventing potential injuries. The safety guard makes sure the splitting area is completely isolated and complies to the latest EU regulations.

The log splitter is built on a robust steel stand which provides optimum working height for the user and ensures a high level of stability. Transport wheels make it easier to move the machine to and from the working area.

The AL-KO LHS 520/5 horizontal log splitter eliminates the backbreaking effort of splitting logs by axe. It is supplied with a 6 metre power cable and is backed by a two year manufacturer's warranty for domestic use.

All machines come with a two year warranty, following this machines have an extended warranty depending on the range and annual servicing by an authorised AL-KO dealer.
