Orec Rabbit RMK151 Ride-On Brush Cutter / All Terrain Garden Tractor
If you are looking for a more convenient and fast way to cut grass and weeds in the presence of obstacles or between rows, the Orec RMK151 boasts a unique design perfect for professionals cultivating crops in vineyards and orchards where each plant is a valuable investment requiring safe care. It ensures efficient and accurate mowing of grass and weeds that take away water and nutrients from crops. The mowing effect of the RMK151 is so precise that it eliminates the need to use a brushcutter. Thanks to this, crop care takes much less time.
Thanks to its extremely compact size and low centre of gravity, the Rabbit RMK151 manages to be extremely agile and fast when mowing. On uneven ground or areas where there are hollows, the front pivoting axle always allows a safe and easy advance.
The 135cm cutter deck on the main unit is equipped with a centre blade with a swing tip blade on either end which retract when hitting a solid obstacle. The two floating steel knives allow you to shred shrubs up to 30mm thick.
The side wing increases the cutting width up to 150cm. The retractable mobile wing appendage is fitted with four nylon cutting cords, and is designed to mow grass and weeds in the lower part of the stem, around obstacles and trees, or crop rows. The external rubber protection in the form of a horizontal foam wheel, preserves the trunk of the plants during mowing operations to avoid any kind of damage. The outer wing extension retracts when an obstacle contacts the protection wheel or by simply pressing and releasing the control pedal. A lever on the top of the wingtip enables it to be lifted, with the swashplate disengated, when moving.
Taking advantage of the oversized cutting capability, it can also be used to cut grass under solar panels, under tree branches or in any other working conditions difficult to access with traditional machines.
The height of cut is infinitely variable and ranges between 50mm and 90mm. The RMK151's reduced weight and footprint make it an agile operating machine that does not compact the soil. It allows you to cut and maintain the drainage of the most intense rainwater.
The RMK151 is equipped with a 726cc Kawasaki twin-cylinder petrol combustion engine, a large 12 litre fuel tank, a hydrostatic transmission and a gearbox with a differential lock, which combine to ensure the reliability of the machine for many years of intensive use and a long time of operation on one refuelling. A comfortable seat with an ergonomic handlebar ensures easy manoeuvering (forward speed up to 10km/h, reverse speed up to 7km/h) of the brush cutter amongst narrow crop rows.
Other key features include a sturdy 38mm tubular front axle with central reinforcement in the hinge area; 3.5mm anti-corrosion COR-TEN steel plate with large front entrance and curved side profile that can be inspected for blade cleaning and maintenance; continuous 35mm tubular frame between the front and rear allows for less rigidity on the machine on uneven terrain, ensuring resistance and long life over time and use.

High power and reliable engines are standard. Excellent results. The large and comfortable rear tank has an aggressive and winning design.
What makes the Orec ride-on-brush cutter different from other riding mowers?
Many professionals attempt to cut brush using an ordinary riding mower. As they quickly learn, these riding mowers are not designed for rough use. As a consequence for taking on hearty brush and thick, tall grass, ordinary mowers easily receive belt brakes and damage to its spindle. Orec engineers know how tough brush cutting can be on outdoor power equipment, and have therefore added extra reinforcement and minimise damage to the riding brush mower through innovation in its design. In addition, the Orec ride-on brush cutters' low center of gravity and locking differential feature makes this riding brush mower easy to operate, even when tackling slopes.
