Cobra Fortis 20" Sports Turf Verticut Cartridge

Designed for the fine lawns and sports surfaces such as those found at bowls, cricket and golf clubs, the tightly spaced and slim steel blades on this verticut cartridge are highly effective in cutting laterally growing grasses. Regular use will also help to eliminate moss and thatch whilst pruning the grass plant to stimulate new growth promoting a healthier lawn and preventing other invasive species.

The fine turf verticut cartridge is aimed at professional users and gardening enthusiasts cutting at low heights of cut on sports turf and fine lawns. The closeness of the blades, combined with a change in profile to the standard verticut cartridge, gives a higher performance.

NB: This cartridge is designed to fit the Cobra Fortis range and is NOT compatible with any other brand of cylinder mower.

You can then either have the blades re-ground or simply replace them with a new cutting cassette. This makes maintenance of your cylinder mower much easier and prolongs its life. 

The second major benefit of the cartridge system is the ultimate versatility it offers, allowing you to easily convert your cylinder mower to suit different lawn maintenance tasks. The cutting blade cassette can be simply removed and replaced by one of the following lawn care cartridge attachments:-
