Designed for semi professional and domestic applications, the GTM Professional GTS900 is a powerful garden chipper with a capacity to chip branches up to 80mm in diameter. The chipping mechanism is a drum on which two blades are mounted. Branches are easily drawn in and chipped, and safety is ensured thanks to the emergency stop feature.

The GTM Professional GTS900 is powered by a high performance 9hp Loncin engine and the large 400mm wheels and handle enable easy transportation.

Starting the C7 is easy thanks to the soft start engagement system. The 6.5 horsepower of the quality Honda GCX200 196cc four-stroke engine is transmitted to the cutting disk through a twin belt drive, which provides smooth running and protects the engine against shock loads.

Operating with two cutting knives, the heavy duty C7 has the appetite to chip branch material (green or dry) up to 70mm in diameter. 

With the Hansa C7 no pre-cutting is necessary and the branches are drawn into the input chute. The cutting blades shear the material against an adjustable hardened counterknife, or anvil. This action will be just as efficient in 10 years' time as on the first day of use, so long as the knives are kept sharp.

The extremely efficient self-feeding action can be attributed to the design of the rotor and the blade set up. The inertia generated by the large rotor disk creates enough momentum to continue cutting, as well as providing plenty of draught to discharge the mulch up to 4 metres away. The distance can be moved closer to the operating area, if desired, by adjusting the deflector on the chute. Having a discharge height of 0.7 metres makes the C7 model ideal for discharging onto a trailer or wheelbarrow, thus eliminating the need for any double handling of the material.

The simple design of the C7 allows full access to the inside of the machine by pivoting open the outlet chute, so that changing the blades for sharpening is simple and requires little effort. The blades can last anywhere up to 30 hours before requiring sharpening, depending on the type of material being handled. The cantilver rotor design allows stringy materials to be processed without running the risk of wrapping around the shaft.

Built to last, the housing, inlet and outlet chutes of Hansa chippers and shredders are made of solid steel, with no plastic components. The C7 is fitted with large pneuamtic wheels and integral handles for easy transportation, and rugged feet to keep the machine static during operation.

The GTS900C Compo from GTM Professional is a multi-functional chipper with two different output options that are easy to change.

The high 118cm output is suitable for processing branches with a diameter of up to 8cm (dry wood up to 6cm). Determine the desired discharge height with the adjustable deflector and collect the wood chips in a wheelbarrow or trailer, or spray them directly into the garden. The 35cm low output is suitable for material with a high moisture content, such as grasses, hedge clippings or plant debris. The finely ground material ensures an accelerated composting process.

This Compo wood chipper is equipped with a powerful 302cc Loncin G300FA motor and an efficient rotor shredding system. This system consists of a rotor with two PRO blades that rotate along the counter blade at high speed. GTM's high-alloy PRO blades have an extra long life and have two cutting edges so they can be turned over for reuse.

Thanks to the wide input of 40 x 28cm, it is rarely necessary to pre-remove side branches. This guarantees a high working speed. The GTS900C is lightweight and easy to move with its double push handles. The compact dimensions and the lashing eyes under the infeed make it possible to transport the machine safely.

The GTM Professional GTS1300 is powered by a high performance, recoil start 13hp 420cc Loncin engine and the 400mm wheels and handle enable easy transportation.

With a maximum height of 150cm (59") and the engine sited under the hopper, the machine is less than 80cm (32") wide making it the most compact chipper in its class.

A swivel chute and tow bar are available as optional accessories (see below).

The wheel-driven GTS1300WD is a self-propelled wood chipper designed for the professional user in the field of tree care and garden maintenance.

Thanks to the battery-powered system (2 x 12V), the machine is easy to move, even over difficult and hilly terrain.  The machine has two forward speeds of 3km/h and 6km/h and two speeds in reverse of 1.5km/h and 3km/h.

Charged with a full battery and equipped with a 420cc Loncin engine, the GTM Professional GTS1300WD will cover a distance of approximately 9.5km on flat pavement or 3km on hilly or muddy ground. The drive system is suitable for slopes up to 15 degrees so you can easily load the machine into a trailer.

Thanks to the two sturdy pneumatic tyres at the rear and two wivel wheels at the front, the GTS1300WD is extremely manoeuvrable. 

Steering is smooth with the handlebar mounted below the input chute. The desired speed can also be determined on the handlebar where you also have a good view of the remaining battery capacity.

This wood chipper has a strong Loncin G420F motor with 15hp power and is suitable for chipping branches up to a diameter of 10cm (dry wood 8cm). The efficient rotor shredding system automatically pulls in the branches and guarantees a high working speed. The PRO blades made of high-alloy steel have an extra long life and are equipped with two cutting edges. When both sides are worn, the blades can possibly be sharpened (always have this done by a specialist).

Just like the standard GTS1300 model, this machine is equipped with various safety features. For example, the GTS1300WD has safety switches on the input and output that block the operation of the machine during (maintenance) work and a safety bar is mounted around the input that immediately stops the machine in emergency situations. In addition, the GTS1300WD meets the strict forestry standard (NEN-EN 13525: 2005 + A2: 2009) to guarantee safe use.

A self-propelled wood chipper, the GTS1300RG is equipped with caterpillar tracks to operate on rough and difficult to access terrain. This makes the machine not only suitable for gardens and parks, but also for forestry. The new construction can easily handle steep slopes of up to 20°.

The GTS1300RG is a powerful wood chipper with compact dimensions. The machine fits in a van, on any trailer and easily goes through a standard garden gate.

The 18cm wide track system is powered by a 5.5hp Loncin engine and has three forward gears plus reverse which produces a maximum speed of 4.5km/h.

A recoil start 420cc Loncin engine powers the chipper itself, which features a 111cm high input chute with a 50cm x 28cm opening.

The shredding system consists of a metal drum (rotor) on which two knives are mounted. This works quickly, efficiently and has a high capacity. The system draws in fresh wood with a diameter of up to 10cm (dry wood up to 8cm), after which it is effortlessly shredded into fine wood chips.

The wood chips are thrown high and go straight into a trailer or wheelbarrow via the swivel outlet chute with continuously adjustable deflector up to 85°. The wood chipper comes standard with PRO blades, which last twice as long as regular blades.

The GTM Professional GTS1300RG is certified by TÜV Rheinland and meets the highest safety requirements.

You can easily convert this GTM Professional wood chipper on tracks into a dumper. For this a transformation unit (MZSGTSU02DUMP001) is available. This unit consists of the tipping container and a hydro kit. For converting the wood chipper into a dumper or vice versa, only a hoist and a key 17 are required.

The Hansa C16C is a semi-commercial petrol wood chipper ideal for dealing with large scale organic waste. The machine's compact design means it can be easily manoeuvred and operated in areas with restricted access, and it is narrow enough to fit through a standard gateway.

This disc-type chipper is of solid construction with a chipping capacity of 110mm diameter branches, depending on the type of wood. The C16C features a large inlet chute to accommodate big bundles of prunings. It has a very efficient self-feeding action thanks to the design of the rotor and blade set-up. The inertia generated by the large rotor disc creates the momentum to efficiently cut and discharge the mulch up to 8 metres away (or close to the operating area by adjusting the deflector on the outlet chute). The 1.5 metre discharge height of the C16C makes this model ideal for discharging onto a trailer or truck, eliminating the need for any double handling of mulch.

Pivoting open the outlet chute allows full access to the inside of the machine for sharpening and changing the blades. As with all of the larger Hansa chippers, adjustable blades eliminate the need to adjust the anvil after sharpening, giving the ability to adjust each blade individually to the anvil for optimal clearance. The blades will last anywhere up to 30 hours use before requiring sharpening, depending on the type of material being mulched.

The Hansa C16C is powered by a 16hp V-twin Briggs & Stratton Vanguard engine with recoil start.

The 1800R is equipped with caterpillar tracks to operate on rough and hard to access terrain. Therefore, this machine is not only suitable for garden and park, but also for forestry. The low and rigid construction can easily handle steep hills of up to 20°.

This self-propelled wood chipper features an efficient rotor chipping system, powered by a 21hp Honda GX630 V-twin engine. Branches up to 12cm (dry wood 10cm) are automatically pulled inside and effortlessly processed into fine wood chips.

The tracks are driven by a Honda GX160 engine. It has are three speeds forward and one reverse speed. With a width of only 72cm, the machine fits through narrow passages with ease. Also loading and unloading the machine in a van or onto trailer is no longer an effort with this driving system.

To meet all the needs of professionals, the 1800R is standard equipped with an hour counter set and a 270° turnable output. Besides, the deflector on the output is adjustable up to 100° so that the chips can be ejected in any direction.

The 1800R has been certified independently and it meets the highest safety requirements, including the forestry machine standard (NEN-EN 13525:2020). The machine is provided with a panic bar around the input and safety switches on both the input and the output.
