With nothing else quite like it out there, the Z6 battery-powered zero-turn mower is the first of its kind and combines the power of up to six EGO 56V ARC Lithium™ batteries to match the power and performance of a petrol machine. Ground breaking, lawn-perfecting precision, all packaged up into one sleekly engineered mower!

Engineered to deliver the equivalent of 22hp at speeds of up to eight miles per hour, the recommendation for performance is four 10.0Ah batteries which will cut up to two acres on a single charge. Armed with six 12.0Ah batteries, you can cover up to 2.5 acres. For more acreage and maximum runtime, simply add more batteries.

Featuring EGO Peak Power™+ technology, the Z6 can hold up to six batteries so you can cut three, four, five acres or as many as needed. The industry's fastest battery charger fully charges four 10.0Ah batteries, by simply plugging it in to the handy side charge port, in just two hours to give you four times the mowing experience.

You can even customise the ride with an LCD interface featuring three driving modes: control, standard and sport - which can be accessed with the simple touch of a finger.

With side-discharge as standard, the 107cm (42") cutter deck offers a 3-in-1 cutting system allowing you to choose whether to side discharge, mulch the grass clippings by inserting the mulch plug provided or collect with the optional twin grass bag. The cutting height is manually adjustable through 10 positions between 38mm (1.5") and 114mm (4.5"). The deck is equipped with two 53cm (21") blades and incorporates a deck wash hose connection on the driver's left side.

The Z6 maintains a traditional ZT profile with independently-controlled 18" drive wheels on the back and 11" 360° caster wheels on the front to help you make those tight zero-radius turns using the lap bars.

Central to the mower is a comfortable, adjustable seat with pivoting armrests. Looking forward from the driver's seat, an LED indicator is located between your feet to allow you to keep an eye on your charge levels without taking your eyes off of what's ahead of you.

Premium features like LED lights, USB charging port, phone holder and Bluetooth come as standard to make the experience unlike any other zero-turn mower. The LEDs are always on when the mower is powered up, but hit the light button on the control panel and you will activate even more to help you mow in low or even no light. There is another set of LEDs on the rear which blink when you are in reverse to alert anyone who might walk across your path.

A handy storage area with a magnetic closure and interior USB charging is big enough to store your personal items such as phone, wallet and keys. If you want quicker access to your phone, there is a slot on the right side of the control panel that you can slide it into securely. A welcome cup holder with two sizes accommodates different beverages.

Gold for EGO Zero-Turn Mower Z6 at Demopark 2021 Innovations Competition

At the 2021 Demopark Trade Fair in Germany, a selected jury of experts awarded prizes to outstanding and groundbreaking products. Around 50 exciting innovation ideas competed for the coveted innovation medals.

Among the five gold medal winners was the Z6 zero-turn lawn mower from battery specialist EGO. In addition to the numerous innovations included in the new ride-on mower, the jury was impressed by the fact that the Z6 is the world's first ride-on mower with a cross-platform interchangeable battery system. The mower can accommodate up to six Arc Lithium batteries, and the batteries used are the same ones that power other EGO products such as hedge trimmers and brush cutters.

Features

Traditional Design The EGO Power+ Z6 maintains a traditional zero-turn profile with drive wheels on the back and 360° caster wheels at the front to help make those zero-radius tight turns using the lap bars.
	Z6 Power Source By using EGO's 56V battery and Peak Power technology, the Z6 is on the same battery platform so uses the same batteries as the rest of their 56V range. The battery compartment has a capacity to hold up to six, with a minimum combination of 15Ah to fire up the machine.
Fast Charging The rapid charger is capable of charging up to six batteries simultaneously. It charges them on the mower via a side charge point that you plug it into and brings the mower back to full charge in just two hours! After just 15 minutes of charge time, you will have enough juice to cover a quarter of an acre of grass.
	Eyes Forward Charge Indicator An LED indicator sits between your feet to allow you to keep an eye of your charge levels without taking your eyes off of what's ahead.
More LCD Information There is plenty of other information on the control panel, including connecting your mower with Bluetooth and calibrating the left and right drift.
	Starting the Z6 To start the mower, first make sure the key is in. Pressing the power button gives you the charge status. Press and hold the power button to bring the Z6 to life. Push the parking brake on the left with your foot and you're ready to roll.
Separate Drive and Blade Speed Controls Each has four modes plus a bonus you can jump into by holding the button down at its highest level. Drive speeds while cutting range from 3mph to 7mph and you reach the top travel speed by pressing and holding the button when it’s in high. For the blade speed, the bottom two speeds are good for light cutting in dry conditions and the top two speeds are better for thicker, wetter grass. There’s a turbo mode for the blades if you press and hold the button after getting to the top speed which is great for particularly tough patches. There are three modes to work with: control, standard and sport. These define the aggressiveness of the acceleration and turning.
	Cutting Height Adjustments The manual deck height adjustment bar on the right of the driver's position adjusts the 107cm (42") steel deck between 1.5" and 4.5" with 10 levels.
Seating Arrangements The comfortable seat with pivoting armrests is adjustable to suit the operator.
	Super Storage The Z6 gives you a handy storage area with a magnetic closure and interior USB charging, large enough to store your personal items like phone and wallet.

For Greater Distances

The machine is cable tied to a pallet and shrink-wrapped into a cocoon. Our transport partner will then deliver the machine on a tail-lift lorry on an agreed working weekday. You simply unwrap the pallet, cut the cable ties and you're ready to mow.
