The EGO Power+ BC3800E is a quality, powerful cordless brush cutter with a run time of over an hour when fitted with a 7.5Ah battery.  

There aren't many other cordless brush cutters around which are equipped with cowhorn handlebars. This bike handle design on the straight shaft gives increased operator comfort when the machine is being used for longer periods. A variable speed function means you can temper your speed to the cutting conditions.

The reversible, three-sided blade and brushless motor gives the BC3800E the power to clear virtually any ground with a working width of 30cm.

It can also be used as a line trimmer when equipped with the 38cm (15") cutting head fitted with dual-feed, spiral twist line with a 2.4mm diameter, for professional cutting power and a bump head trimming system. The exposed part of the bump feed cap is free to rotate independently which means that the cutting head can be rested on the ground during use without being worn away.  What is special about this model is the rapid reload head which enables quick line replacement with perfect winding every time to eradicate the nuisance of poorly feeding line. The twin line easily and quickly slots into the contoured eyelet which reduces nuisance breakage of the tough nylon line.

With an increased interest and demand for outdoor power equipment which is quieter, lighter and more environmentally-friendly than traditional petrol machines, the EGO Power+ BC3800E is powered by a powerful 56 volt lithium-ion battery. The tough answer to taming and maintaining rough ground, the EGO Power+ BCX3800 commercial line trimmer / brush cutter is perfectly balanced for comfortable use all day, every day. Light yet strong, the carbon fibre drive shaft won’t bend or lose shape over time, keeping vibration levels to a minimum.

The power comes from EGO's professional backpack battery and the ready-for-anything, rear-mounted 2kW brushless motor.

The tool is versatile, and can be used with either the line trimmer or brush cutter head included, as well as the optional RTX2300 rotocut, which will take your capabilities to another level. When the line trimmer head is attached, the line is housed inside a manual wind bump feed head. It is supplied with 2.4mm line, but is capable of holding line up to 3mm thick to assist with cutting more stubborn areas.

It is also supplied with a 30cm three-tooth brush cutter blade with a 30cm cutting width, which means you can get closer to hard-to-reach areas which are regular pain points. The bike-style handlebars incorporate a variable speed trigger with safety lock-off. 

A hip pad (AHP1500) harness is included in the box to prevent injury or unnecessary wear to your clothing whilst in use.

Powered by a rear-geared brushless motor, the tool speed can be controlled via the bike-style handle, which means the tool run time can be increased when working on light loads. The speed can also be increased for heavier workloads at the touch of a button.

The tool is versatile, and can be used with either the line trimmer or brush cutter head included, as well as the optional RTX2300 rotocut, which will take your capabilities to another level. When the line trimmer head is attached, the line is housed inside a manual wind bump feed head. It is supplied with 2.7mm twist line, but is capable of holding line up to 3mm thick to assist with cutting more stubborn areas. The Rapid Reload head is simple to load with line when empty which reduces downtime and the need for additional maintenance in the field.

Fitted with an optional three-tooth brush cutter blade with a 30cm cutting width, you can get closer to hard-to-reach areas which are regular pain points. 

A double shoulder harness complete with hip pad is included to prevent injury or unnecessary wear to your clothing whilst in use. The adjustable harness points enhance comfortable all day working.
