GTM Professional Chippers

The wheel-driven GTS1800WD is a self-propelled wood chipper for the professional user in the field of tree care and garden maintenance.

Thanks to the battery-powered system (2 x 12V), this machine is easy to move. A full battery can cover a distance of approximagely 6km on level pavement or 2km on hilly or muddy terrain. The system has two forward speeds (3km/h and 6km/h) and two reverse speeds (1.5km/h and 3km/h).

The drive system is suitable for slopes of up to 15°, so you can easily load the machine into a bus or trailer. With two sturdy pneumatic tyres at the rear and two swivel wheels at the front, the GTS1800WD is very manoeuvrable. Steering is smooth with the handlebar bracket mounted below the entry. The desired speed can also be determined on the handlebar bracket and you have a good view of the remaining battery capacity.

This wood chipper has a strong 21hp Honda GX630 engine and is suitable for shredding branches up to a diameter of 12cm (dry wood 1cm). The efficient rotor shredding system automatically pulls in the branches and guarantees a high working speed. The PRO blades made of high-alloy steel have an extra long life and are equipped with two cutting edges. When both sides are worn, the blades can be sharpened (always have this done by a specialist).

The safety of the user is always our top priority. For example, the GTS1800WD has safety switches on the input and output that block the operation of the machine during (maintenance) work, and a safety bracket has been mounted around the input that immediately stops the machine in emergency situations. In addition, the GTS1800WD meets the strict forestry standard (NEN-EN 13525:2020) to guarantee safe use.

The 1800R is equipped with caterpillar tracks to operate on rough and hard to access terrain. Therefore, this machine is not only suitable for garden and park, but also for forestry. The low and rigid construction can easily handle steep hills of up to 20°.

This self-propelled wood chipper features an efficient rotor chipping system, powered by a 21hp Honda GX630 V-twin engine. Branches up to 12cm (dry wood 10cm) are automatically pulled inside and effortlessly processed into fine wood chips.

The tracks are driven by a Honda GX160 engine. It has are three speeds forward and one reverse speed. With a width of only 72cm, the machine fits through narrow passages with ease. Also loading and unloading the machine in a van or onto trailer is no longer an effort with this driving system.

To meet all the needs of professionals, the 1800R is standard equipped with an hour counter set and a 270° turnable output. Besides, the deflector on the output is adjustable up to 100° so that the chips can be ejected in any direction.

The 1800R has been certified independently and it meets the highest safety requirements, including the forestry machine standard (NEN-EN 13525:2020). The machine is provided with a panic bar around the input and safety switches on both the input and the output.

You can easily convert this GTM Professional wood chipper on tracks into a dumper. For this a transformation unit (MZSGTSU02DUMP001) is available. This unit consists of the tipping container and a hydro kit. For converting the wood chipper into a dumper or vice versa, only a hoist and a key 17 are required.
