ABOUT GUARANY.....

Established in 1923 Guarany have established themselves as a world leading manufacturer specialising in spraying and powder application equipment. Their business is built on a strong ethical philosophy: at the heart of Guarany’s ethos is a respect and care for the natural world. While spraying and fogging disinfectants, detergents, biocontrols and agrochemicals may be necessary, Guarany products aim to minimise excessive usage with clever, thoughtful designs and a range of innovative accessories.

A range of innovative spraying equipment and accessories offering a new way to spray, enabling the efficient application of both liquid, granular and powdered products. The products are designed by professionals for professionals, including cleaning and environmental health experts, groundskeepers, turf maintenance specialists, landscape specialists, horticulturalists and serious gardeners.

As well as a vast array of products for growing plants, trees and vegetables, the Guarany range includes equipment for disinfecting, cleaning and sanitising such as a market-leading disinfectant fogger. The Electric Cold Fogger, along with three different sizes of stainless steel compression sprayer and a Kawasaki engine-driven power mister, is certified by the World Health Organisation as being safe, robust and extremely effective. The specialist disinfecting and cleaning equipment range – as well as many of our standard backpack and handheld sprayers – can be used to spray, mist and fog disinfectants and cleaning chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite and bleach solutions (check manufacturers’ instructions before using cleaning chemicals) and are ideal for use by deep cleaning services and professional domestic and industrial cleaning companies. They have been developed over many years and build on Guarany’s expertise in spraying equipment for vector-borne disease and pest elimination.

How does the range offer a new way to spray? Because Guarany products provide:

Improved effectiveness – accurate, proven equipment gets disinfectants, fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides exactly where they need to go in exactly the right dosage

Guarany also has a range of products which are made from bioplastic. The Katu line of backpack and compression sprayers is manufactured from plastic derived from sugarcane and is 100% recyclable.

PSP has had a long association with our main product supplier Guarany, having drawn on SPG’s industrial spray nozzle experience to work with the Brazilian firm to develop a flexible firefighting backpack a decade ago. This led, in 2019, to PSP forming a long-term agreement with Guarany to be their exclusive supplier in the UK and Europe.
