Lawnflite Pro 448 HW 2-Speed Self-Propelled Petrol Lawn Mower
The Lawnflite Pro 448HW is a 48cm/19" rotary lawn mower designed for commercial operators who demand a more powerful, reliable lawn mower for a daily demanding workload.
Powered by a top quality Honda engine, this self-propelled petrol lawn mower has the advantage of a two-speed gear box to allow the user to move at the speed most suitable for the conditions and their personal preference.
Professionals rely on Honda's GXV160 engine to deliver reliable, easy starting, fuel efficient performance, day in and day out. The drive to the rear wheels of the mower is shaft rather than belt driven, which is more positive and heavy duty than the belt alternative.
The blade brake clutch feature on the 448HW disengages the blade from the engine, thus protecting the crankshaft. This enables the 70 litre grass catcher to be emptied without restarting the engine and allows the mower to be moved to a different place using the self-propulsion but with the blade stopped.
The mower deck is constructed of heavy duty alloy which, because it is rust proof, obviously adds to the long life of the machine.
This lawn mower has four wheels, which makes it suitable for keeping lawns and rougher areas tidy. For a more formal, traditional striped finish, select one of the Lawnflite Pro rear roller lawn mowers.
