Little Wonder's Optimax leaf blowers are a force to be reckoned with, producing up to 38 per cent more air movement than the competition to move leaves, stubborn debris, standing water, preparing asphalt or flat roofs for resurfacing - any job that requires hurricane-force air!
The push-propelled LB390H Optimax is powered by a commercial-grade 389cc Honda GX390 engine. The durable, heavy gauge, all-steel housing provides strength and durability for a long service life. Air is drawn in smoothly through the curved aerodynamic inlet for constant power, which also helps avoid clogging even if leaves are sucked in.
The blower is equipped with a powerful seven-blade fan and steel impeller which produces high airflow, while the scrolled housing allows uninterrupted air intake. Even if a portion of the housing is covered with leaves and debris, airflow can still enter the impeller area and be forced out of the 65.5cm (25.8") discharge chute. Producing an air speed of 160mph, the integrated front/side dicharge chute allows you to expel air from the front of the unit or out the side without tools. The split stream air deflector, with its chain/pulley system, shifts piles of leaves farther and faster without blow back so you'll only have to go over an area once, and the chute deflector control is adjustable from the operator's position.
Operation of the Little Wonder LB390H Optimax leaf blower for long periods is made comfortable by the strong, ergonomic adjustable handle with anti-vibration grip. Thanks to the convenient lift handle, loading and unloading the blower on and off a vehicle is easier.
An optional swivel wheel kit is available for 360 degree turning and control (see related items below).

ABOUT LITTLE WONDER.....
Little Wonder is one of the oldest and most reputable brands in the landscaping industry. Launched in the United Kingdom back in 1922, the product name of the world’s first hedge trimmer, the “Little Wonder” Trimmer was created to be a hand-cranked hedge trimmer. Oddly enough, the product found a strong customer base in the food industry. Pasta makers trusted the unit’s razor sharp hand finished blades to slice their delicate fresh pasta into strips. In 1935, the brand immigrated to America, via an acquisition by Pennsylvania based, Schiller-Pfeiffer a predecessor to Schiller Grounds Care, Inc., the company that makes Little Wonder today. The rest is an American success story.
Little Wonder has introduced many of the landscape applications most beloved and trusted products. Little Wonder produced the world’s first electric-powered hedge trimmer in 1940, followed by the world’s first gasoline-powered unit in 1955. Little Wonder even invented the world’s first “hand-held” tiller and coined the terms “Roto” and “Mini” Tiller in the 1970’s.
In 1997 (75 years young), Little Wonder revolutionised debris management with the introduction of a newly redesigned line of walk-behind blowers. Input from independent airflow-design engineers was instrumental in creating a new product line that far surpassed the performance of all other walk-behind blowers on the market. So much so, that a patent for the design was granted in 1998.
Today, Little Wonder product lines include: blowers, edgers and bed shapers, leaf and debris vacuums, truck loaders, and, of course, hedge trimmers.
