Powered by Briggs & Stratton and fitted with a durable steel deck, the WIDECUT 800 ST SP can cut, collect, mulch and side/rear discharge using the Smartchute^® that is fitted as standard.

A reliable 163cc 675 EXi Series® ReadyStart® four-stroke engine powers the self-propelled WIDECUT 800 AL SP which features easy, choke-free starting, zone start for more convenient recoil starting without the back strain and effort-reducing power drive.

The wide 54cm (21.5") steel deck is fitted with twin Masport Quickcut™ blades which achieve a precision cut and added engine protection by ‘swinging back’ if you accidentally hit an immovable object.

Offering four cutting modes - collection, mulching and rear/side side discharge - the Masport WIDECUT 800 AL SP is exceptionally adaptable and can be set up to cope with pretty much any grass and weather conditions. The patented Masport Smartchute^® will side discharge a clean spread of clippings as you mow to leave your lawn looking great. Just engage the unique feature and begin mowing. A roomy 65 litre fabric grassbag means fewer stops to empty when collecting the grass, whilst the single-point, spring-assisted cutting height lever offers effortless adjustment from as low as 16mm up to 69mm.

Combo catch and mulch mowers are designed to have a special mulch plug inserted when mulching. This plug must be fitted correctly, snug and locked in with the main flap closed down on it. This plug seals off the rear discharge area to the high-arch chassis and special blades recut your clippings and feed them back into your lawn, saving on water, fertiliser and time emptying the catcher.

Weighing 38kg, the Masport WIDECUT 800 ST SP features folding handlebars with cam locks and a wash port for convenient cleaning of the cutter deck.
