• The B&S Vanguard V-TWIN series two-cylinder engine is a guarantee of reliability and high performance in terms of torque and power output under any operating conditions, no matter how demanding.
• The 12 litre tank and fuel-efficient operation mean less frequent refuelling.
• The self-locking differential and four-wheel drive (4x4 version) enable the machine to negotiate all kinds of tough terrain.
• The hydrostatic transmission with MICRODRIVE propulsion system, operated via a simple lever action, enables the speed to be regulated easily to suit every type of application and terrain, even on steep slopes (36% / 20° for the 4x4 version).
• The large knobbed wheels (front 16 x 6.5-8 rear 20 x 10-8), reinforced and puncture-proof, ensure excellent grip on uneven, irregular and bumpy ground.
• Electro-mechanical clutch, activated by means of a switch located on the side of the steering wheel enables the blade to be operated independently of the tractor’s ground speed but only if the driver is seated (a microswitch located under the seat detects the driver’s presence).
• Underbody swing-tip blade extremely resistant to wear, slices through even the most stubborn vegetation (reeds, shrubs…) and has a cutting diameter of 92cm.
• Centralised cutting height adjustment (six positions from 5 - 12 cm) via the control lever located on the operator’s left-hand side.
• Anatomic and adjustable seat, distance from steering wheel distance can be regulated by means of a lever.
• The digital motor hour counter displays all service info and alerts the operator when scheduled maintenance is required so that the machine is always running at peak efficiency
• Fuel tank plug with level gauge tells the operator at a glance how much fuel is left in the tank.
• The front and rear bumpers and the folding roll bar assure total protection and safety. By means of the hinges, the roll bar can be quickly and easily folded down without the need for tools, making it easier to transport.
• Accessing the engine compartment is much simpler thanks to the tip-up bonnet, as well as the front hatch of the battery compartment, which can be removed by unscrewing the knob.
• The front headlights with halogen lights and LED bulbs ensure a good view of the cutting area, even during the darkest hours of the day.
