Oleo-Mac Chainsaws & Pole Pruners

Italian manufacturer Oleo-Mac has introduced the new 'H' Series of entry-level chainsaws designed for domestic use. These models feature medium power to provide the perfect compromise of performance and economy for pruning tasks around the home and garden.

The mid-range GSH 510 is powered by Emak's own 51cc 2-stroke engine. The “EasyStart” system ensures a smooth pick-up of the engine with a minimal number of pulls on the cord, with the addition of reduced kickback thanks to a double starter spring. The “primer” facilitates starting even in the harshest climates.

Equipped with an Oregon 18" guide bar and .325" chain, the chainsaw's compactness, versatility and good power-to-weight ratio ensure excellent cutting performance for any use from limbing and pruning to cutting medium-sized trunks. A fully adjustable automatic oil pump cuts down on chain oil consumption and reduces the impact on the environment.

The Oleo-Mac GSH 510 is equipped with numerous safety features including anti kick-back protection and front hand guard. The anti-vibration system fully isolates the handles from the engine which enhances the overall operating comfort. Weighing just 5kg (dry weight without cutting gear), the nickel plated cylinder ensures a longer working life, whilst the stable fuel-air mixture provides smooth operation.

The larger of the two models is the GHS 560 which is powered by Emak's own 54.5cc 2-stroke engine. The Oleo-Mac GS 520 petrol chainsaw is a powerful, lightweight cutter powered by Emak's own reliable 51.7cc engine, which delivers high torque even at low rpm.  The built-in decompressor, primer and semi-automatic choke combine to ensure easy starts every time, even from cold.

Featuring a 46cm/18" cutter bar, this robust petrol chainsaw is ideally suited to any kind of agricultural or estate use such as lopping, collecting firewood, felling and cutting up medium to large-sized trees.
