The latest SGR-33 features an almost total redesign following feedback and suggestions from Rock Machinery's domestic and commercial customers who have purchased the original stump grinder. The SGR-33 maintains the essence of the simple, compact and robust design but on a larger, heavier scale.
The first major upgrade is the teeth and rotor. The SGR-33 features "round-style" teeth and a larger 33cm rotor. The teeth are widely spaced, can be turned for a new cutting side and increased longevity, and can be easily removed and replaced. With the increased rotor size you can grind to approximately 14" below ground level, depending on the ground. The underneath of the stump grinder has been redesigned with improved channels so debris will exit from the side rather than back towards the operator. A new adjustable operating handle enables you to adjust the angle of the handle depending on the job and user.
The Rock SGR-33 has a detachable tow bar with a 50mm ball hitch and heavy-duty tyres for getting around those bigger jobs. With an overall width of 79cm (31"), the machine is still small enough to get into those tighter spots other grinders simply can't get to.
The SGR-33 is powered by 13hp Briggs and Stratton engine with electric start and heavy-duty belt drive system for easy tree stump removal.

ANTICIPATED DELIVERY TIME
Your order will be directly fulfilled by Rock Machinery who aims to build, test and despatch all machinery orders within three working days. Please allow a minimum of four to five working days for delivery.
READY TO WORK
Rock Machinery builds and quality checks a large majority of the machines offered. Every machine is quality checked, filled with oil and hydraulic fluid (where necessary). Their expert, qualified agricultural equipment engineers ensure your machine is ready for you to use as soon as it is delivered.

PALLETISED DELIVERY
Most machines are delivered on pallets. The delivery company will unload your machine from their vehicle but will not be involved in handling the machine or removing it from the pallet. Machines are shipped by a specialist haulage company. Once the machine has reached your local delivery depot, the local delivery company will call and "book in" the delivery and pick a suitable day with you.
As standard, the delivery vehicle will be a large 17.5-ton lorry. However, a smaller 7.5-ton vehicle can be arranged by exception if access is difficult. Please consult the diagram below and contact us as soon as your order is placed if you envisage any access or unloading restrictions.
SMALLER ITEMS
Items such as sprayers, ATV baskets, smaller security boxes and spares will be delivered by courier.
