Description

The Solo 458 stands out as a highly professional pressure sprayer which is extremely robust, easy to use and straightforward to clean.

Featuring a 9 litre capacity, almost indestructable tank with 7mm tank walls, the spray medium level can be easily checked against the markings. A 340cc pump generates a working pressure of three bar after surprisingly few strokes. The large filling and cleaning aperture adds to the appeal of the Solo 458.

This particular model boasts some remarkable features such as a practically unbreakable spray wand over 50cm long, robust handles with an optional pressure gauge and a selection of spray nozzles available. UV-resistant plastics promise robustness and a long service life for this sprayer, which now comes with a sturdier base.

The Solo 458 manual pressure sprayer is suitable for plant protection in larger private gardens, decorative plants, shrubs and plantations, plus weed control. It can also be used for cleaning applications such as janitorial disinfestion, pest control and trade applications.

ABOUT SOLO SPRAYERS.....

The tradition of protecting and caring for plants and plantations goes right back to the early days of the company itself. It was founded in 1948, in the wine producing area around Stuttgart. The plant protection sector soon became one of the applications for the small and lightweight two-stroke engine. At the time, the fledgling business still traded under the name "Kleinmotoren GmbH". Vineyard owners in and around Stuttgart were justifiably impressed by how much easier their work became as a result of this new generation of appliances. This innovation finally made it possible for someone to work on their own, that is to say "solo". It also explains how the current brand name came into being in the early days of this family-run business. Today, the company is run by the second generation of the same family.
