Description

Built and tested by professionals, the Weibang Virtue 53 SMP LV is a dedicated mulching mower designed to withstand the demands of the commercial user. It is a high-end machine offering the sort of premium features and heavy build quality that are vital in a mower that is going to be used day-in, day out. It is equipped with Weibang's VCT engine which features dramatically lower vibration levels with up to 56% reductions across the range from previous models.

The specially designed rugged steel mulching deck on the Virtue 53 SMP LV features a rolled base which offers superior strength and high performance. The cutting height of the wide 53cm (21") deck can be adjusted centrally through 11 pre-set stages between 28mm and 76mm to suit the cutting conditions and the length of grass.

This lawn mower is powered by a 196cc engine boasting Weibang's vibration control technology (VCT) producing an incredibly low emission rate of 2.5m/s² which means it will take in excess of 24 hours to reach ELV (exposure limit value) making it the perfect contractor's machine for day long use.

Combined with the 3.5kW low vibration engine for rock-solid reliability in the face of intensive use, the flexible three speed professional gearbox lets you adapt to the grass length and terrain, also allowing you to work at a comfortable walking pace. The Virtue 53 SMP LV boasts other superb features such as heavy-duty, fully adjustable aluminium handles, robust front bumper and large nylon wheels. It also benefits from Weibang's service and storage position whereby the lawn mower can be stowed vertically, taking up less space and allowing easy access to the underside of the mulching deck for easier cleaning and maintenance.

Unlike a conventional lawn mower which collects grass clippings, this mulching mower operates a system which recycles the clippings as you mow. The grass clippings are chopped into fine particles which are pushed right down into the turf out of site. With no grass collector to empty and no trips to the compost heap, the result is a perfect, fertilised lawn that is 30 per cent faster. As there is no discharge chute sticking out of the side or a grass bag overhanging the front or rear of the mower, you can mow within an inch or two of any obstacle, eliminating the time spent finishing off with a grass trimmer afterwards.

an aluminium support has been fitted to support the
crankshaft with the blade mounted to a CPS slip washer.
