Weibang Intrepid 48 SCP Petrol Lawn Scarifier
The heavy-duty components used during the manufacturing process ensure that the Intrepid 48 SCP scarifier provides a long working life. With features such as the industrial strength bearings which support the scarifier / dethatcher cassette and a powder-coated steel body ensure maximum reliability, even when used on the most demanding commercial jobs.
The Weibang Intrepid 48 SCP petrol lawn scarifier is controlled by a clutch system. The scarifying rotor is fitted with 28 double tipped carbon steel blades. The design of the scarifier cassette features swing tip blades which delivers exceptional productivity as well as protecting the machine from contact with obstacles such as stones and tree roots.
An important part of lawn care, scarifying is the process of removing moss, thatch and other dead material from the surface of the lawn. This process allows light, water and nutrients to reach the grass roots to give a thicker, greener and healthier looking lawn. The raking depth on the Intrepid 48 SCP is fully adjustable to a maximum 7cm, to remove moss and thatch and aerate roots gently but effectively, ensuring optimum results on the lawn.
Powered by an easy to start, reliable 196cc Weibang X200H (Loncin) four-stroke engine, the Intrepid 48 SCP scarifier has a maximum 48cm (19") working width. To enable the scarifier to be moved safely to and from the working area, the integrated transport position raises the scarifiying blades, preventing damage to the machine and the ground.
